At Chrisaniel, every product is made-to-order specifically for you. Because of the custom and print-on-demand nature of our products, we maintain a limited return and refund policy.
Please read this policy carefully before placing an order.
1. Order Cancellations
Orders can only be cancelled within 6 hours of placing the order.
Once production begins, orders cannot be cancelled, modified, or changed.

2. Returns
As our products are made-to-order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

Change of mind

Wrong size selected by customer

Color preference changes

Incorrect address provided by customer

Delayed delivery caused by courier partners

Refused deliveries

Personal preference issues

Minor print placement or color variations

Products purchased during sale or promotional periods
Returns are only accepted under the conditions mentioned in Section 3.
3. Eligible Return / Replacement Cases
We offer replacements or refunds only if:

Product received is damaged

Wrong item was delivered

Product has manufacturing defects

Incorrect size was shipped by us

Product received is significantly different from what was ordered
Claims must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery.

Failure to provide proof may result in claim rejection.
4. Replacement Policy
Approved cases may receive:

Replacement product, OR

Store credit, OR

Refund (at our discretion)
Chrisaniel reserves the right to determine the appropriate resolution after review.
5. Refund Policy
Refunds are issued only for approved claims.
Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after approval.
Refunds will be made to the original payment method.
Shipping charges, COD charges, transaction fees, and handling charges are non-refundable.
6. Size Disclaimer
Customers are responsible for checking the size chart before ordering.
As our products are printed on demand, we do not provide returns or exchanges for sizing issues resulting from incorrect size selection.
7. Print & Color Variations
Actual colors may vary slightly due to:

Fabric variations
Minor variations are normal and are not considered defects.
8. Refused Deliveries / RTO Orders
Orders returned due to:

Refused delivery

Unaccepted COD orders
will not qualify for refunds.
Re-shipping charges may apply if customers request re-delivery.
